Mission: Turn up the volume on festival coverage for two sizzling seasons
Blue Note Jazz Festival, renowned for showcasing the best in jazz, teamed up with Tymel and Raised Media Co. in coordination with The Yovth to deliver a comprehensive suite of content for their inaugural event in 2022 and its celebrated return in 2023. With Grammy-award winning jazz artist Robert Glasper headlining along with other renowned artists including Snoop Dogg, Nas, Mary J Blige, Chance the Rapper, Rakim, Blackstar, and many more — our task was to ensure that the festival’s energy and emotion were captured and shared across multiple platforms.
Project Scope
• 2022 Inaugural Festival: As the debut event, the 2022 festival needed to make a memorable impact. Our mission was to deliver top-notch event video production and event photography that would resonate with jazz fans worldwide.
• 2023 Return: Building on the success of the previous year, the 2023 festival required an even more engaging content strategy. We aimed to deepen the connection with the audience through advanced experiential video production techniques and expanded coverage.

Full Recap Video
• 2022: Produced a dynamic video capturing the three-day festival’s highlights, blending performances, audience reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments into a narrative that brought the event to life.

Event Photography

Interviews
• Conducted and filmed interviews with Robert Glasper and other key artists, providing depth to the festival’s narrative and content for social media video production post-event.

Social Media Video Production
• During the Event: Provided live updates through Instagram stories, posts, and tweets, engaging the audience in real-time and enhancing the festival experience through social media.
