At minimum: pre-production planning, a professional crew, shoot-day coverage, color grading, licensed music, and a final edited deliverable. Add-ons like same-day edits, social cuts, additional formats, raw footage, or motion graphics are priced separately based on what you actually need.

Yes. Standard turnaround is 7 to 14 business days. Anything under five business days carries a rush fee, and same-day or next-day delivery is priced separately. If you know your deadline upfront, we will build it into the proposal. No surprises on delivery day.

Select your service type, crew size, shoot duration, and the deliverables you need. The calculator gives you a real-time estimate based on how we actually price projects. It reflects our actual rates, not a random number. From there, we will take the estimate and build a proper quote.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to hold your shoot date. The remainder is due upon delivery. For larger projects, we may structure payment differently. That will be outlined in your contract.

We build packages that fit the project, not the other way around. If you need two deliverables instead of five, you pay for two. If you need ten, we price accordingly. The calculator reflects that flexibility.

Location fees, permits, and specialized equipment like drones, jib arms, and teleprompters are billed separately when they are part of the project. We do not hide these. Your quote will itemize everything before you sign anything.

Yes. If you need regular content, monthly shoots, quarterly campaigns, or annual coverage, we offer retainer arrangements with better rates and priority booking. Reach out and we will talk through what recurring looks like for your business.
